I want to take him to Petersen’s Hot Rod Museum down south, go to the Museum of Tolerance, Native American Southern Museum, and maybe Disneyland! Do not tell anyone! I am going to take my art tools, sit by the pool, and draw in the times that we rest. He does not know yet but he will when he reads my journal. I want to go next spring when it starts to really warm up and I am taking money out for our vacation. Pre-marital honeymoon or does that sound too trashy? Oh, well, call it what you want, learning experience, facing your fears, etc... I want to concentrate on my upcoming deviations, adding info to a file to add to the book on a cd, it is called “Mark Twain and 8100 Goggin Kin” by James E. Bell. I found out 9 years ago that I am a direct descendent of Mark Twain and have researched since then. I bought the book and traced it straight to my Mom’s father, Grover Clayton Lowe. It took a while to convince my siblings but now they want the book and a burnt copy of a file that I continued. Pictures too! That is a lot of work I have gotten myself into. I am proud of my heritage on my Grandfather Lowe’s side but now I am trying to gather information on my Grandmother Vivia Pearl Brannon Lowe. It will come when it is time. I had sent info on Grandpa’s children, grandchildren, but Don Carter (my cousin) said that James had already put the book in publication. I have realized that there is a lot of work that goes into writing a book. I have asked some of my cousins for pointers but when it comes down to it, it is you, the pen, and the paper!
